From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to register your item for return. During this reflection period, you may inspect and assess the item as you would in a physical store, unless it’s a product explicitly excluded from the right of return.

How to Return a Product
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Register your return via our contact form. Include your order number, item number, and (optionally) the reason for return.
You will receive a return label by email. Print it and add any relevant notes.
Include the return form in the package and attach the return label over the original shipping label.
Drop off the package at a postal location of your choice and keep the proof of shipment.
We will process your return within 14 days of receiving the package and send you a credit invoice.

If the item is correct but simply not what you expected, return shipping costs (€6,95) are your responsibility.
If there’s an issue with the delivery or the product is defective, you may be eligible for a warranty claim. Contact our customer service and we’ll help find a suitable solution.
Free In-Store Returns
Would you rather return the item in person? That’s possible – and free – within 14 days of receipt. Visit our store and bring your purchase invoice. The item must meet the return conditions listed below.
Product Condition
Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
Reflection Period & Usage Period
Just to be clear: the 14-day period is for inspection, not for actual use. If the item has been used or the packaging is damaged or missing, you may be held responsible for a reduction in value. In some cases, we may decline the return entirely.
Refund of Purchase Amount
Once your return has been processed, we will refund the purchase amount to the same account used for payment. The refund will be processed through our payment provider Mollie.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return and up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
