2 Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements with Workshopparts BV.
3 Offers and prices
- All prices are excluding VAT by default, unless otherwise indicated via the VAT toggle on the website.
- Obvious pricing errors are not binding on Workshopparts BV.
4 Orders and payment
- Orders are only processed after full advance payment has been received.
- In case of late payment, collection costs will be charged to the customer.
5 Delivery
- Orders placed before 17:00 and in stock will be delivered the next business day.
- Delivery takes place by shipping.
- In the event of delayed delivery, the risk remains with the buyer.
6 Returns
Private customers may return products within the statutory period, provided they are in original condition. Return shipping costs are at the expense of Workshopparts BV.
Business customers may return products within the statutory period, but return shipping costs are at their own expense.
Returns are handled in accordance with statutory provisions.
Please note
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when you return it.
7 Liability
- Workshopparts BV is not liable for indirect damages.
- No warranty is given on delivered products.
8 Complaints
Complaints should first be directed to the entrepreneur. If the webshop is affiliated with ValuedShops and complaints cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer should contact ValuedShops (www.valuedshops.com), who will mediate free of charge.
If no solution is found, the consumer has the option to have the complaint handled by the independent disputes committee appointed by ValuedShops. The decision is binding and both entrepreneur and consumer agree to this binding decision.

9 Applicable law and competent court
- Dutch law applies to all agreements.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Overijssel.
10 Right of withdrawal
For delivery of products:
- When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for a period of 14 days. This cooling-off period starts on the day after receipt of the product.
- During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether they wish to keep the product.
- If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they are obliged to notify the entrepreneur within 14 days of receiving the product. After the consumer has made this known, the customer must return the product within 14 days.
- If the consumer has not indicated within the stated periods that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal or has not returned the product, the purchase is final.
For delivery of services:
For the delivery of services, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for at least 14 days, starting on the day the agreement was entered into.
Costs in case of withdrawal:
- The consumer bears the costs of returning the product.
- If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal, via the same payment method.
- If the product has been damaged due to careless handling by the consumer, the consumer is liable for any depreciation in the value of the product.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal:
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- That have been manufactured by the entrepreneur according to consumer specifications
- That are clearly personal in nature
- That by their nature cannot be returned
- That spoil or age quickly
- Whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market
- For audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal
- For hygiene products of which the consumer has broken the seal
