2 Complaints procedure

Submit your complaintEmail with order number, description and any photos.
Confirmation of receiptWe confirm receipt within 1 business day.
ProcessingOur customer service will contact you within 5 business days.
ResolutionReplacement, credit or repair support.

3 Can't we work it out?

If you are not satisfied, you can contact the management in writing. A response will follow within 14 days.

If we cannot reach an agreement, the complaint can be submitted to ValuedShops for mediation. Dutch law applies to all agreements.
