Lubrisen pneumatic lubricating oil

This pneumatic oil is specially developed for lubricating pneumatically operated machines, components and tools. The oil can be used in FRL units with an air lubricator and provides consistent lubrication of connected pneumatic components during operation.

Suitable for use with tyre changing machines, vehicle lifts, pneumatic cylinders, impact wrenches, ratchets, grinders and other air-powered tools. Proper lubrication helps moving parts operate smoothly and reduces unnecessary wear on seals, valves, cylinders and air motors.

The oil can be applied directly to suitable air tools or used to refill the oil reservoir of an FRL unit. Always follow the lubrication instructions provided by the manufacturer of the machine or tool.

Instructions for Use

Fill the oil reservoir of the FRL unit or air lubricator according to the manufacturer's instructions.

For air tools without a central lubrication system, a few drops of oil may be applied through the air inlet when recommended by the manufacturer.

Do not use more oil than necessary. Setting the air lubricator too high may result in excess oil entering the machine, tool or compressed-air line.

Important

Not every pneumatic system should be lubricated with oil. Always check the manufacturer's instructions before use.

Do not use in oil-free systems or applications requiring a specific food-grade oil, hydraulic oil or compressor oil.
