FRL unit air service set tyre changer 1/4" connection

Air service set for use on tyre changers. The set regulates air pressure, separates moisture from the compressed air and supplies pneumatic components with oil mist where required. The connection for the tyre inflation pump is positioned before the oil mist lubricator, ensuring the pump receives clean, oil-free compressed air.

The unit is equipped with a pressure regulator, water separator, oil mist lubricator, pressure gauge with steel housing and a euro coupling. Three 6 mm connections are available, of which two are capped as standard. This makes the set flexibly deployable across different configurations of tyre changing equipment.

A properly functioning air service set is important for the service life of valves, cylinders and pneumatic controls on the machine. Moisture and contamination in the compressed air can cause malfunctions, while correct lubrication helps reduce wear on moving pneumatic components.
