KUKKO 112-2 2-arm puller for roller bearings 90 x 70 mm

The 2-arm pullers with conical nut from series 112 have been developed for the correct removal of ball bearings in cooperation with a Scandinavian ball bearing manufacturer. Both the proportions of the puller and the consistently straight jaws are specially tailored to the requirements for the central extraction of small and medium-sized bearings under constrained ambient conditions. This prevents possible damage to the bearing and bearing seat during removal. The springs guarantee synchronised opening and closing of the jaws, enabling easier handling and even more efficient work. The combination of a tensioned clamping band and a spring element prevents the puller from slipping and ensures a particularly firm grip at all times. At the same time, the fixation of the jaws by the conical nut speeds up and facilitates work in constant pulling processes with identical clamping ranges. Automatic self-centring of the legs by tightening the clamping band. The clamping ring and spring provide a force-transmitting fixation of the puller without the arms springing off or yielding.
