KUKKO 113-3 3-arm puller for roller bearings 185 x 165 mm

The 3-arm pullers with conical nut from series 113 were developed for the correct removal of ball bearings in collaboration with a Scandinavian ball bearing manufacturer. Both the proportions of the puller and the uniformly straight jaws are specifically tailored to the requirements for central extraction of small and medium-sized bearings under confined conditions. This prevents damage to the bearing and bearing housing during disassembly. The springs guarantee synchronous opening and closing of the jaws, enabling easier handling and more efficient work. The combination of the clamping band (knurled cone) and the spring element prevents the puller from slipping and ensures an exceptionally firm grip at all times. At the same time, the fixation of the jaws by the conical nut speeds up and facilitates the work during repeated pulling processes with the same clamping range. The 3-arm design ensures an even load distribution and thus an exceptionally firm grip on the part to be removed. Automatic self-centring of the legs when tightening the clamping band The clamping ring and spring provide a force-transmitting fixation of the puller without the arms springing away or yielding.
