Start with the make and model of your machine

Every tyre changer has its own parts. A clamping jaw from one machine will not fit another. So look up the make and model first, then the part. If the number is not on the machine, check the manual or the type plate. With that number you find the clamping jaw, cylinder or joystick that belongs on it. In doubt, measure the old part. A clamping jaw that no longer grips properly damages the rim edge. A seal that weeps costs you air. Replace it in time and the machine keeps working.

Which size or version you need

Clamping jaws differ in width and in the angle at which they grip the rim. Cylinders differ in stroke and connection. Joysticks come with a short or long lever. Measure the old cylinder: the stroke and the thread of the connection. On a joystick you look at the connection on the machine. Note the sizes before you order.

When a part is due for replacement

A clamping jaw with rounded teeth no longer grips the rim. A slide plate that gets thin lets the arm rub. A spring that has lost its tension no longer holds the valve shut. A foot valve that sticks does not let the air escape. You notice it in a machine that no longer runs smoothly. Replace the part and the machine runs smoothly again.

Ordering by part number

On the site you search by the machine number or by the part itself. A bead breaker shovel belongs to a particular type of tyre changer. A pressing roller belongs to a different machine. Put the make and model in your order and we check whether the part fits. That way you order the right part in one go.
