Extended elbow male adaptor 4 mm x 1/8" BSPT male thread, swivel

The same as the standard elbow, but with a longer neck under the bend. That lifts the tube clear of a flange, a nut head or a clamp bracket that would otherwise be in the way.

Without that extra length you have to push the tube sideways right after the fitting, and that is exactly where the kink you were avoiding appears. The top still swivels.
