Universal Pullers
6 products
The workhorses of the puller range. Two or three sliding jaws that stay parallel to each other, a spindle in the middle, and a clamping range you adjust with a hex key in seconds. Reverse the jaws and the same puller works as an internal puller. Suitable for bearings, gears and pulleys in the common sizes.

Two arms or three?
A three-arm puller spreads the load over three points and therefore pulls straighter. On a pulley or gear that is freely accessible all round, that is the safer choice: the part cannot tilt and the shaft takes no side load.
In practice there is often simply no room for three arms. With a housing wall, a bracket or a hose in the way, two arms will still reach the part. The same goes for anything that is not round — an eccentric cam or a square flange cannot be gripped properly with three arms.
The 20+ and 43 series also work both ways: reverse the jaws and the puller grips outwards instead of inwards. One tool therefore covers both drawing off a pulley and pressing out a bearing bush.
