Choose the right size and type

Gloves come in different sizes, from 6 to 12. Measure your hand circumference and compare it with the size chart. A glove that is too tight restricts movement, while one that is too loose gives poor grip. For fine assembly work, choose a thin nitrile glove. For heavy tasks, use leather work gloves.

Check the standard for electrical work

For work on live parts, insulating gloves are mandatory. They meet DIN ISO and are classified for different voltage levels. Check the standard and class before you order. Never use ordinary work gloves for electrical jobs. It is extremely dangerous.

Where ordering goes wrong

Many mechanics order by feel and end up with the wrong size or protection class. Measure your hand and assess the risk of the job. If you choose disposable gloves, check the number of pieces per box. This way you work safely and comfortably, without interruptions.
