Accessories for Tool Trolleys
The right trolley accessories keep tools and parts within reach. Magnetic trays hold screws and bolts, while holders secure air tools. Check the trolley dimensions and the accessory's load capacity. Overloading makes the trolley unstable. Stainless steel suits damp workplaces. When you replace casters, match the wheel diameter and axle size to your existing trolley. That gives smooth rolling and safe movement.

Choose the right accessories for your trolley
Dimensions and weight capacity
Always measure your tool trolley before ordering accessories. A magnetic tray or socket rail must fit on the top or in a drawer. Check the weight capacity of the accessory. Overloading makes the trolley unstable and it can tip over.
Material and environment
In a damp environment, choose stainless steel. It resists corrosion and lasts longer. In a dry workshop, painted steel is fine. Note: magnetic holders lose strength on non-metal surfaces. Mount them on a steel part of the trolley.
Replacement castors and axles
A replacement castor must fit exactly on the axle of your trolley. Measure the wheel diameter and axle diameter before ordering. A wrong size causes poor rolling or axle damage. For heavy loads, choose a castor with a higher weight capacity. This keeps the trolley stable and safe.
To get the most out of your trolley, also look at the tool trolley tool trays and the tool trolleys themselves. Everything you hang on or bolt to your trolley can be found under tool trolleys and accessories.
