KUKKO 20-20+ Universal Puller, 2-Arm, 200 x 162 mm

The workhorses of the KUKKO range. Two jaws you reposition in seconds with a single hex key, sliding along the cross-arm and staying parallel to each other. That lets the puller grip parts that are not neatly round or centred, without spreading under load. Reverse the jaws and the same puller works as an internal puller.

Compared with the older 20 series the shoulders are reinforced into an H-profile, keeping the cross-arm stable even at full pulling force. A scale on top of the arm lets you move both jaws evenly — setting up askew is the most common cause of a damaged shaft. Eyes on either side take a tool lanyard, which is welcome when working at a lift.

Cross-arms, jaws and spindles are all available separately. Next to the article number on the cross-arm is a six-digit number: the first three digits identify the matching spindle, the last three its length. If a part is truly seized, swap the mechanical spindle for a hydraulic one up to 10 tonnes — cheaper and safer than moving up to a larger puller.
