Towing
Tow ropes and straps recover and move vehicles. Choose the right max weight first, because a too-light rope breaks. Check the kerb weight of the car and add a margin. Watch the length. A 1.8 metre rope only works on flat roads. For pulling from a ditch, take three metres or more. A tow strap absorbs shocks, which is better for heavy pulls.

When to choose it
