Aluminium air pipe, 4 metres 50 x 2 mm

Extruded aluminium pipe, powder coated blue and calibrated on the outside diameter. That calibration is what the system runs on: every fitting seals on an O-ring closing round the outside, and it relies on a diameter that holds along the whole length.

Saw with a fine tooth and keep the cut square; an angled end goes into the fitting at an angle. Always deburr before you push in, because the burr slices the O-ring on the inside and that is a leak you will never spot.
