Bulkhead union 10 mm x 1/2" female thread, with nut

A bulkhead pass-through with a female thread on the outside instead of a push-in socket. Outside the cabinet you screw on a nipple or another fitting; inside, the tube simply pushes in.

That is the shape you want on a panel where a quick coupler or a shut-off valve has to go on the outside. The pass-through itself then stays put when you swap the part connected to it.
