Elbow male adaptor 10 mm x 1/2" BSPT male thread, swivel

The most used fitting on a pneumatic cylinder. Tapered male thread into the cylinder, tube coming out at right angles, and the top swivels freely once the thread is tight.

That swivel is the whole point. You torque the thread first and aim the tube afterwards, without having to choose between properly tight and properly aimed.
