Orders above €100 are shipped free within the Netherlands. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €6.95. Shipping to Belgium and Germany is available from €9.95.

Orders placed on business days before 16:00 are shipped the same day. Standard delivery time is 1-2 business days. Express delivery (next business day before 12:00) is available for €9.95.

Yes, you can pick up your order for free at our address: Finsestraat 2a, 7202 CE Zutphen. Order through the webshop and choose "Pick up" as the shipping method. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. Shipping costs for Belgium and Germany are shown at checkout. For other EU countries, please contact us for a custom quote.

We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna (pay later), SOFORT Banking and EPS. Business customers can also pay on invoice after approval.

Yes, for returning business customers we offer the possibility to pay on invoice with a payment term of 14 or 30 days. Contact us to request a business account.

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging. Report your return via your account or send an email to [email protected]. After approval, you will receive a return label. The purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days.

All our products come with the legal warranty. In addition, many manufacturers offer factory warranty. Is your product defective within the warranty period? Contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
