The hydraulic spreader of the Y-165 series is a technical device that creates expansion or spreading by means of hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic spreader consists of a cylinder in which a piston moves. By using hydraulic fluid, the piston is displaced with high pressure, causing the two arms of the spreader to open. Hydraulic spreaders are mainly used by the fire brigade, in rescue technology and industry. The accompanying Safetyblock ensures that the flanges remain in the spread position, allowing the tool to be adjusted. The hydraulics provide maximum lifting force. Thanks to the hydraulic mechanism, the application of targeted pressure is very efficient and controllable.
