Reducing tee union 10 mm to 8 mm

A tee whose branch is thinner than the run. That hangs a small consumer off a thick main line without fitting a separate reducer first.

Watch which size sits where. The run keeps the large size on both ends; only the branch is narrower. Fitting it the other way round is mechanically possible, but then you throttle the whole line down to the branch size.
