Straight female adaptor 4 mm x 1/8" BSPP female thread

This way round: the fitting has a female thread and screws over a nipple or a protruding thread stub. On the other side the tube simply pushes in.

Use it where the thread is already on the machine and sticking out, on an older cylinder or a shut-off valve for instance. Without this part you would need a double nipple plus a fitting, and that is two leak points instead of one.
