Quick coupling plug, Orion profile 1/2" BSPP male thread

The plug you screw onto your tool: a blow gun, an impact wrench, a tyre inflator. It has no moving parts and usually outlasts the tool it sits on.

Wind it in with a spanner and use sealing tape or a washer on the thread. A plug has a narrower bore than the socket, so for air-hungry tools pick the largest thread size that will fit.
