HSS step drill for press-in cartridge 3 mm

The step drill that cuts the seat for a press-in cartridge. It drills the bore and the counterbore in one pass, so diameter and depth are guaranteed to match.

Without this drill the cartridge will not seal: the seal relies on an exact seat, and a hole made with two separate drills almost always runs a few hundredths off centre. One drill per cartridge size.
