KUKKO 20-10+2 2-arm universal puller 120 x 100 mm with quick-adjust jaws

Based on the ingenuity and pioneering spirit of Alfred Kleinbongartz, the universal pullers with sliding, always parallel jaws of the 20+ series receive a functional upgrade. Ease of use and user-friendliness are central here. Specifically, the following optimizations have been implemented: For even more flexibility during external extraction, the puller program has been expanded with two sizes (20-0+ and 20-00+). This creates a clamping range of 0 to 350 mm for external extraction and a maximum pulling force of 2.5 to 8.5 tons. To increase load capacity, the pullers are equipped with reinforced shoulders, resulting in a stable H-profile. This is thanks to the newly innovative construction of the cross-arms, which guarantees maximum stability even under high pulling force. Above the cross-arms, a scale serves as an orientation aid for evenly sliding the jaws, enabling safe adjustment of the jaws. Below the cross-arms, in addition to the article number of the cross-arm for reorders, there is another six-digit number. The first three digits indicate which spindle is compatible with the cross-arm. The last three digits (xxx) indicate the variable spindle length, which varies from 85 mm to 600 mm depending on the version. In addition to mechanical spindles with a different thread cutting length, depending on the size of the puller, grease-hydraulic spindles can also be used in the context of a hydraulics upgrade for easy and controlled extraction of particularly stuck parts. Another advantage is the two eyes on the side of the cross-arms for attaching a tool tether (series 660), which additionally secures the puller and ensures safe fixation during work or storage. The 2-arm universal pullers with quick-adjust and robust standard jaws are used for particularly safe extraction of bearings, gears, and discs in all common sizes for trade, workshop, and industry. This allows any part to be dismantled that is seated on a shaft and freely accessible from the outside. By simply turning the jaws around, the pullers can also be used as internal pullers. Screw connection allows easy loosening and very tight tightening of the jaws with a hex key. Application also for eccentric parts thanks to freely moving jaws sliding on the cross-arm.
