KUKKO 20-3x 2-arm universal puller 250 x 200 mm with quick-adjust jaws

Based on the ingenuity and pioneering spirit of Alfred Kleinbongartz, the universal pullers with sliding, always parallel pulling forces from series 20x receive a functional upgrade. Here, operating comfort and user-friendliness are central. Concretely, the following optimizations were carried out: For even more flexibility when pulling externally, the puller program has been expanded with two sizes (20-0x and 20-00x). This results in a clamping range of 0 to 350 mm when pulling externally and a maximum pulling force of 2.5 to 10.5 t. To increase load capacity, the pullers are equipped with reinforced shoulders, creating a stable H-profile. This is thanks to the newly thought-out, innovative construction of the cross-arms, which guarantees maximum stability even under high pulling force. Above the cross-arms there is a scale as an orientation aid for evenly shifting the jaws, which allows for safe adjustment of the jaws. Below the cross-arms, in addition to the article number of the cross-arms for reorders, there is another six-digit number. The first three digits indicate which spindle is compatible with the cross-arms. The last three digits (xxx) indicate the variable spindle length, which varies from 85 mm to 600 mm depending on the version. In addition to mechanical spindles with a different thread length, depending on the size of the puller, grease-hydraulic spindles can also be used as part of a grease-hydraulic upgrade for easy and controlled pulling of particularly tightly seated parts. Another advantage is the two eyes on the side of the cross-arms for attaching a tool tether (series 660), which additionally secures the puller and ensures safe fixation during work or storage. The 2-arm universal pullers for fine mechanics with quick-adjust and robust standard jaws are used for particularly safe pulling of bearings, gears, and discs in all common sizes for trades, workshops, and industry. With these, any part that is mounted on a shaft and freely accessible from the outside can be loosened. The soft-touch knurling guarantees the highest operating comfort even with wet or oily hands. By simply turning the jaws around, the pullers can also be used as internal pullers. Simple, manual loosening of the jaws using the hand slide (Quick Adjust Technology) Optimized shape of the quick adjustment guarantees a particularly good feel (also with wet or oily hands)
